Returns & Refunds

We always aim to get your order right first time. But if something’s not quite as it should be – whether it’s damaged, incorrect, or missing, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll sort it.

We’ll replace or refund items at our discretion, provided they’re returned to us in their original condition. When sending anything back, please include a note with your name, contact details, and invoice number so we can process it quickly.

If you’ve changed your mind:
No problem –  you can return unused items within 1 month of purchase. You’ll just need to cover the return postage and ensure the product is still in its original, resaleable condition.

Important things to check:

  • Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

  • If the packaging looks damaged, sign for it as ‘damaged’ with the courier. If it’s not signed for as damaged, we may not be able to make a claim and won’t be able to offer support.

If you discover damage after opening the parcel, you’ll need to let us know by 5pm the next working day. Keep all the packaging and take photos – the courier may ask to inspect it.

Sending items back:
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, just in case anything goes missing on the way back to us.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed by bank transfer and usually take 3–5 working days once we’ve received your details. Around bank holidays or busy periods, it may take a little longer.

Missed delivery?
If the courier has attempted delivery, it’s your responsibility to re-arrange with them directly.
